REGULATION NOTES:
A regulation published on October 8, 2008 and implemented on January 1, 2010, was specifically designed to limit Asian manufacturers (import) of gas engines. The new regulation requires that all gas engines carry a minimum standard 2 year warranty to be allowed to enter the US.

All new regulations for this type of engine adopted under EPA regulation 73 FR 59034, including the Bond Requirement, have been and currently are, met by HydroPower.

All HydroPower engines have the "California" carb assemblies arranged through American Warranty Services. AWS has technical and customer service staff to assist them.

They also stock replacement parts to handle any problems and have a network of nationwide service providers to handle all aspects of warranty related problems or repairs.
